Welcome to Camp Wieser's 2026 Application process. We're happy you are interested in applying. Here's a recap of the program you are applying to:

Camp Wieser: A cost-free weekend retreat for you and up to 4 loved ones (please know who you are inviting before applying)
Dates: September 11th - 13th, 2026
Location: Scott's Valley, CA

Please note: Families are responsible for providing their own transportation to Scotts Valley, CA

Return here once Medical Consent form is signed and completed. You'll upload this on Page 3.

I have my medical consent form fully completed and signed by my medical provider ready for upload. * This must be fully completed to be accepted

I will be 18 or older on September 11, 2026.

I (and those I invite) will provide my own transportation to camp.

I (and those I invite) will manage my own self-care including administering medicines at camp.

I (and those I invite) am ok that the camp facility is not fully ADA compliant (may involve stairs & bunk beds) and is not air conditioned.

I am currently receiving active cancer-directed treatment including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation, or other cancer-directed therapies.

I have not attended Camp Wieser as a patient before.
